Quality control
Before departure, every lot is checked against the approved sample and ships with the documents and certificates required by the destination country. You can also appoint the inspection company of your choice.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Most of our orders are by 20- or 40-foot container. For a first order, we also consider smaller volumes: tell us what you need.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We send samples of the grades you are interested in so you can taste and compare them before placing any order.
Can you produce tea under my own brand?
Yes, that is our private label (OEM) service. We use your artwork or design it with you, then produce the printed boxes or bags.
Which documents come with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, sanitary certificate and phytosanitary certificate. Export documents and certificates are supplied according to the product and the destination country’s requirements.
Are your teas certified?

Do you offer distribution exclusivity?

What are the lead times?
They depend on the grade, the volumes and whether new packaging has to be created. We give you a precise schedule with the quotation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (T/T) and letter of credit (L/C) are the most common. Terms are agreed with each customer.
